Cuban-style (#7) denotes our darkest coffee. We use a Colombia for this small batch. We used our Cuban for our cafecito’s at the shop. The cafecito was inspired by Daniel, who is a friend of the ULC. A cafecito is an espresso drink with four shots of espresso poured over raw sugar in a small French press. We plunge for a few secs to create a frothy drink. Try at home using a mocha pot.

We roast on a scale from 1 - 10 so #7 denotes our darkest batch as we are scared to roast higher than that.
